If you work there and have the track record, apply below. We choose on local work, not on who asks first.
How it works
Owners check their block, see what it can carry, and are pointed to the people listed for their suburb. Leads go to the one consultant the owner asks to hear from, and to no one else. Listing is by invitation after an application — there is no fee to apply.
What we look for
Recent, relevant work in the suburbs you name: DAs and CDCs approved with that council, duplexes and terraces designed or built there, development sites sold there. A licence or registration where the trade needs one. An office or a regular presence in the area. A website or portfolio we can look at.
